The Pinecone Forest weekend

These are pics I took while vacationing up in Northern Ontario with friends and family. As you can see I've got the cute Madelaine looking as cute as ever. We went up there with Wendel and Corinne, Madelaine and Corinnes' parents. Great shots with the fall colours. Makes photography easy when you have such a back drop.

New York in the summer!

What can I say about NY other than I LOVE IT! Jon and I went there in August 2011 and I took my daughter, Kary Ann and her friend Chantal. We stayed about 5 blocks away from Time Square which allowed us to walk to Broadway and Central Park.  NY is such a great place to take pictures. I go back whenever I can.

Always nice to see Timmies

Wedding Photography - Bride

My first bride shoot. Tina, the bride was so much fun. She loved her picture taken and more so in her wedding dress. I was able to take hundreds of photos that I was really happy with. I had a great experience and would definitely do it again.

Christmas cookies for Santa

I took this picture during my Advance Photography class at Sheridan College. I used a 7D with a 18-50mm 2.8 lens, a light box and two lights. This was fun to shoot. I look forward to taking more small product shots. The light box is a really great tool that can be folded up and taken anywhere.

Halloween 2011 - Kary Ann

This is my daughter Kary Ann. I took this picture with my 7D as she was racing out of the house to go downtown for a party. She made her costume and did a fantastic job. The colour she added to her hair looks great. Every leaf was glued on individually. She doesn't like the pics but I think she looks great!

Madelaine

I took these pictures of Madelaine with a point and shoot. She's so cute. In 6 days she will have a baby brother and will have to learn to share the lens with him. I'll be doing my first baby shoot as soon as his mother will let me so check in later for those. I'll be experimenting with my lighting kit for those so that should prove interesting.
